Cedar Sinai

Lincoln went to see a pediatric allergist down at Cedar Sinai on December 20th. His dermatologist referred us to her and we were very happy with her. She was amazing. The whole staff was great with Lincoln because they are used to dealing with kids so they just worked around his hyperactivity rather than having me hold him down and make him cry. He was so happy the whole appointment because they went out of their way to make sure of it. The assistant/nutrition lady who sat in on the appointment kept feeding Lincoln snacks while I held him. Lovely!
They did another skin test and the results showed that he is severly allergic to cashews, which means he is allergic to all tree nuts. He is also allergic to peanuts, coconut, and milk (barely). This was great news! This means that he is no longer allergic to soy, egg, bananas, etc. He either outgrew them or the NAET worked, either way I am so happy! She also prescribed an ointment called Protopic that works really well. The first time I put it on the patch of eczema on his chest it cleared up over night, and has been gone ever since! It cleared up his eczmea everywhere else too! I asked the dermatologist all about it and she says it is safe and totally fine to keep using. I am one happy, happy mama!

He kept "smiling" at the camera and it was cracking me up. He had never done that before.

Right after they pricked him.

A few minutes later.

That big one is cashews. Yikes!
There's that big smile again! HAHA!

Now, look at that beautiful skin!!! CUTE BOY!
