Christmas with the Hess'

We finally got to meet little miss Kate Elizabeth! She is amazing and I love her to pieces! Just look at that face, so adorable!

Maryellen, Brandon, and the girls came to town a couple days after Christmas. We loved having them here! Pretty much as soon as they walked in the door we exchanged gifts and celebrated Christmas with them. Jimmy even came home on his lunch break for the occasion.

While they were here we took a little two day trip to LA. We left later than we planned, surprise, surprise! We went down to the temple and stay in the temple apartments. I watched all the kids while the rest of the family (gaye, karl, david, maryellen, and brandon) went in to do sealings. That night we went to Santa Monica pier and ate at Buca di Bepo. On the way back to the apartments we got Diddy Reise. The next day we went to the Americana and then Griffith Park and Observatory. We pretty much repeated our previous trip with them. Good times!
