I think all babies like fans. Patrick always laughed at the fan, Caleb too. Elena seems to really like it too. We call it Mr. Fan.
I got Emmas from Target, but I don't know if they're selling them anymore. they are the thermal kind.
I love footless jammies- for the very reason you want them. That, and you can control the temp of your baby better- if it gets a little cold, put some socks on them, if it's a little warm, no socks and no blanket, but still covered.
